Hello Everyone!

Thank you for joining us!

A big part of our mission is to give our community moments of peace in this chaotic life. A little safe haven, where you can see there are other adults out there working on themselves in some of the same ways that you are. We want to encourage you all to love and care for yourselves by creating unique opportunities to better yourself in every way, mentally, emotionally & physically.

We also want to create a platform that encourages more positivity, support, and healthy mentalities within artistry. Our city has such a beautiful creative community, we want to embrace that as much as possible. Keep doing what you do, even when it gets hard.

We hope you’ll find something here that helps you grow as person, that brings a smile to your face after a rough day, something that makes you cry but in a good way and most of all we hope to adventure and discover together.

Have fun exploring & know how grateful we are for the support!

Your neighborhood FGRVA Team

More about the creator and founder, Britt

For those of you that don’t know me personally, I am Brittany. I am a mother, an entrepreneur, photographer and event coordinator. I graduated from Tucker High School in Henrico, Virginia and from Hermitage Technical Center with a NOCTI certification in Floral Design and Plant Sciences (which I have never put to use professionally). As an adult I have also received my certification in Event Management, Planning and Marketing.

I was first diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression when I was about 12 or 13, followed by PMDD and bipolar ll diagnosis that I received in adulthood. My emotions have been a blessing and curse for as long as I can remember. I often felt lost about what my calling in life would be but within recent years, I’ve finally realized what drives me and what I’m truly passionate about. I love helping and educating people in all walks of life about matters of mental health, self-love, self-care, and personal spirituality. It’s such an honor that what started out as my online diary has become an outlet for advocacy and connection.

My goal has always been to create a movement of support and growth within my community. A safe place for creatives, 20-somethings, parents, and more. I’m hopeful to make a difference in my community by embracing the mission of healthier minds, advocating for suicide prevention and cleaning up our great Mother Earth.

Everyone has their own personal battles that make you who you are, I want you to know you’re not alone and the things that make you different are something to be embraced. I’m so thankful for all the support we’ve received so far. It’s truly a blessing to work alongside people who are as passionate for FGRVA as I am! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
